Purpose
This policy explains how long we keep personal information and how we dispose of it. We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet legal, regulatory and legitimate business requirements.
Retention periods
Indicative retention periods are:
- Active candidate records — for the duration of our relationship and while you remain in our talent community
- Inactive candidate records — typically up to 5 years from last meaningful contact, after which they are reviewed for deletion or de-identification
- Client engagement records — for the duration of the engagement and as required for tax, audit and legal purposes (typically up to 7 years)
- Application records — retained for the period necessary to manage the process and any subsequent query
- Marketing and subscription preferences — until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
Review and deletion
We periodically review the personal information we hold. Information no longer required is securely destroyed or irreversibly de-identified. You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to legal limits on what we can remove.
