Engagement
These terms apply to recruitment, executive search and talent advisory services provided to client organisations. Specific commercial terms, fees and engagement models are set out in a separate engagement letter or proposal agreed with you.
Candidate information
Candidate information we provide is confidential and supplied solely to assess candidates for the role for which they are introduced. You agree to:
- Use candidate information only for the relevant recruitment purpose
- Not disclose it to third parties without our consent
- Handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy law
- Not approach an introduced candidate for other roles without our involvement
Introductions and fees
An introduction occurs when we provide candidate details or arrange contact. Fees become payable on the terms set out in the applicable engagement letter where an introduced candidate is engaged. Replacement and rebate terms, where offered, are specified there.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about the role and your organisation, to conduct your own checks appropriate to the position, and to keep us informed of the progress and outcome of any process.
Liability
We exercise due care in our services but the decision to engage any candidate rests with you. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in the applicable engagement letter.
